Selected work

A highlight reel spanning the evolving product, brand, executive, and customer-story needs of a four-year enterprise relationship.

01 · The challenge

AlphaSense was growing quickly, its platform and content needs were changing, and pandemic-era production constraints required new ways to support executives, customers, and product teams across the country.

02 · The decision

Steve Webb established the relationship and much of its creative foundation. As the partnership expanded, I developed remote-production kits that could be shipped to speakers, then connected remote participants, client stakeholders, and our internal team to produce keynote presentations and web content without sacrificing continuity. I also led webinar, Goldman Sachs-related, product, and executive-content workstreams.

03 · Leading the work

My responsibility grew with the account. I began by independently producing substantial bodies of work within the established system, then assumed increasing responsibility for planning, stakeholder communication, and client counsel. By the final year, I had become the primary relationship lead for most ongoing work.

04 · What changed

Across four years, the partnership produced more than 100 product, brand, executive, webinar, and customer-story assets. The work adapted through remote production, a major platform refresh, and expanding stakeholder needs while the relationship continued to grow.
