One assignment becoming a connected creative partnership.

01 · The challenge

The relationship began with a single high-stakes executive capture in New York. As trust grew, the work expanded into executive presentations, training, and internal communications for a legal organization seeking a creative territory of its own.

02 · The decision

Rather than treating each assignment as a standalone deliverable, I advocated for a visual world related to the master brand but distinct enough to give the team a recognizable identity. For an evolving internal-communications challenge, I built an interactive proof of concept with an AI coding agent so stakeholders could experience the idea rather than evaluate it as a static proposal.

03 · Leading the work

I own the client relationship, set creative direction, and assemble the right mix of designers, animators, filmmakers, editors, producers, and developers for each phase. The prototype was a hands-on extension of that leadership: a way to reduce ambiguity and help the team move forward with confidence.

04 · What changed

A single production assignment grew into a sustained creative partnership spanning executive communications, learning, campaign development, and interactive exploration. The work continues to expand through trust, continuity, and a shared appetite for better ways to communicate complex information.
