Different needs aligned through one change narrative.

01 · The challenge

Multiple clinical teams needed access to the same data, but each used it differently across a fragmented mix of tools and systems. Working directly with change-management leadership, we needed to help established teams understand why a unified platform was necessary, accept the change, and act on it.

02 · The decision

We helped shape the messaging and built DATA4YOU into a complete campaign platform spanning identity, presentation systems, launch films, recurring communications, intranet updates, graphics, and learning support. A clear central metaphor made an abstract transformation understandable and gave the program a consistent narrative over time.

03 · Leading the work

I joined biweekly client calls, reviewed strategy decks, distilled evolving needs, and translated them into deliverables across the full three years. I conceived and hands-on produced the initial announcement film, produced the next major release, and continued as executive oversight as Steve Webb assumed day-to-day ownership of later production phases. My involvement evolved, while responsibility for client continuity and the campaign’s central goal remained constant.

04 · What changed

The work became a sustained communications ecosystem supporting multiple major releases. It earned strong internal response and helped expand the relationship through referrals into additional teams, workstreams, and forms of content across the organization.
